Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine vegetable oil, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, minced garlic, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
