Instructions
- Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until completely cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Mix the sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until combined.
- Combine: Pour the sauce over the cooked beef and stir to mix well. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Serve: Scoop fluffy cooked rice into bowls and spoon the savory beef mixture atop the rice.
