- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy Cornbread Mix, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- If desired, fold in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
