Description

Irresistibly crispy wonton cups filled with creamy, spicy jalapeño and cheese mixture, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 23 jalapeños, minced (adjust for heat preference)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños until smooth.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and press a wonton wrapper into each cup.
  5. Fill wonton cups with the cheese mixture and top with chopped bacon.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes
