- 24 wonton wrappers
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2–3 jalapeños, minced (adjust for heat preference)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then chop.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños until smooth.
- Grease a muffin tin and press a wonton wrapper into each cup.
- Fill wonton cups with the cheese mixture and top with chopped bacon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make the filling in advance and store in the fridge. Assemble just before baking for freshness.
