Ingredients

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup jalapeños, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (beaten with 1 tbsp of water) for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry until it’s approximately 1/8-inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined and creamy.
- Spread the jalapeño popper filling evenly over your rolled-out pastry.
- Carefully roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
