- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the steak bites and add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
