A delicious and easy recipe for tender steak bites cooked in a flavorful garlic butter sauce using a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the steak pieces with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the seasoned steak in the crock pot.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding onions or mushrooms to the crock pot.
- Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
