Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together honey, lime juice, melted butter, and minced garlic in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the seasoned fillets in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden crust, if desired.
  8. Garnish with fresh lime slices and chopped parsley before serving.
