Description

A refreshing iced tea infused with sweet blueberries and tart lemon, perfect for sunny days.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 3 Bags Black Tea
  • ¾ Cup Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen blueberries, sugar, and fresh lemon juice in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the blueberries to release their flavors.
  4. Add 4 cups of water and return to a boil.
  5. Place the tea bags into the pot and steep for 3 minutes.
  6. Discard the tea bags and strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  7. Pour the strained liquid into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  8. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh blueberries or lemon slices.

Notes

Adjust sugar to taste for desired sweetness. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
