Description

Ingredients

  • Prosciutto
  • Salami
  • Brie cheese
  • Aged cheddar cheese
  • Gouda cheese
  • Ciabatta bread
  • Fresh basil
  • Fresh arugula
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the ciabatta bread in half.
  3. Layer cured meats on the bottom half of the bread.
  4. Add cheeses over the meats.
  5. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the layered ingredients.
  7. Place the top half of the ciabatta on the sandwich.
  8. Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
  9. Grill the sandwich for 3-5 minutes on each side.
  10. Remove from heat, slice, and serve immediately.
