Ingredients
- Prosciutto
- Salami
- Brie cheese
- Aged cheddar cheese
- Gouda cheese
- Ciabatta bread

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or griddle to medium-high heat.
- Slice the ciabatta bread in half.
- Layer cured meats on the bottom half of the bread.
- Add cheeses over the meats.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the layered ingredients.
- Place the top half of the ciabatta on the sandwich.
- Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve immediately.
