Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

- Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat in the garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes

- You can substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp if desired.
- Adjust the garlic amount based on your preference.
