- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add milk, sour cream, and a pinch of salt to the potatoes, then mash until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring to coat the steak bites.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Serve the steak bites over the mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
