Ingredients

- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of kidney beans, drained
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 2 cups of Fritos corn chips
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of bell peppers, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and taco seasoning.
- Add the chopped cabbage and cook until the cabbage is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese and Fritos.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
