Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, uncooked rice, beef broth, French onion soup, salt, and pepper.
