- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While the potatoes are roasting, heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
- Serve the garlic steak bites alongside the roasted potatoes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in garlic and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the roasting pan with the potatoes.
