- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and pour the remaining marinara sauce over them.
- Drizzle heavy cream on top of the shells.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked ground meat or vegetables to the cheese mixture for added flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving for a pop of color.
