Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and pour the remaining marinara sauce over them.
  7. Drizzle heavy cream on top of the shells.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Feel free to add cooked ground meat or vegetables to the cheese mixture for added flavor.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
