  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, dill)
  • 2 lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss boneless chicken thighs with olive oil and spices in a bowl.
  3. Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
