- 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Onion, Sliced
- 1 Cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Brown the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- In a large baking dish, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, sliced onion, and thyme.
- Place the browned pork chops in the baking dish and spoon the creamy mixture over them.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes for a crispy finish.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
