Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Onion, Sliced
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Brown the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. In a large baking dish, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, sliced onion, and thyme.
  5. Place the browned pork chops in the baking dish and spoon the creamy mixture over them.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes for a crispy finish.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
