Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small onion, diced

  2. Mix the ground beef, uncooked rice, diced onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing the tomato sauce and water in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the meatballs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.

Notes

You can prep the meatball mixture a day in advance. For a quick option, try air frying the meatballs.
