- 12 oz white chocolate, melted
- 2–3 drops food coloring (optional)

Instructions
- Combine crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add food coloring to the melted chocolate, if desired, and mix until evenly colored.
- Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coating.
- Sprinkle the tops with colorful sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate the finished Oreo balls for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
