Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 23 drops food coloring (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Add food coloring to the melted chocolate, if desired, and mix until evenly colored.
  7. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coating.
  8. Sprinkle the tops with colorful sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  9. Refrigerate the finished Oreo balls for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
