Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large baking dish.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well in the seasoning mixture.
  4. Stir in the rice and chicken broth, ensuring every grain is moistened.
  5. Dollop tzatziki sauce on top of the chicken and rice mixture.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
