- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large baking dish.
- Add the chicken breasts and coat them well in the seasoning mixture.
- Stir in the rice and chicken broth, ensuring every grain is moistened.
- Dollop tzatziki sauce on top of the chicken and rice mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
