Description

Crispy taquitos filled with a delightful blend of seasoned chicken, creamy ranch, and crunchy dill pickles.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking
  • Optional: Extra ranch, salsa, or guacamole for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped dill pickles, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Place a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolled taquitos seam-side down.
  6. Spray or brush the tops with cooking spray or oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with optional extra ranch, salsa, or guacamole for dipping.
