- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
- Optional: Extra ranch, salsa, or guacamole for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped dill pickles, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese.
- Place a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolled taquitos seam-side down.
- Spray or brush the tops with cooking spray or oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with optional extra ranch, salsa, or guacamole for dipping.
