Description

Crispy, golden chicken wings marinated in a zesty dill pickle brine, delivering a tangy flavor sensation.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings, split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 cup Dill Pickle Brine
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Vegetable Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the wings in a large bowl with the dill pickle brine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Prepare the coating by mixing flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Dredge each wing in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Fry the wings in batches for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain the wings on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For best results, marinate the wings overnight for deeper flavor. If avoiding frying, consider baking at 425°F for 40-45 minutes.
