Description

Deliciously creamy deviled eggs with a hint of tang and customizable flavors, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with a fork, then mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives or parsley if desired.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve; best after chilling for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Customize with sriracha for heat or sweet pickle relish for sweetness. Can be made a day in advance.
