- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and half of the Swiss cheese.
- In another bowl, mix the sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the chicken and ham mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining Swiss cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a crunchier topping, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
