- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumb mixture in a third.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated pickle slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add spices to the breadcrumb mixture.
- These bites can be served with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
