- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Lettuce, tomato, or any preferred veggies
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, until fully cooked at an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the chicken to cool and then slice thinly.
- Lay the tortillas flat and add the sliced chicken and mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Optionally add veggies to the wrap.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Cook the wraps in the air fryer for an additional 5-7 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can prepare chicken ahead of time and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. For spiciness, use pepper jack cheese or add jalapeños.
