Description

A delightful wrap featuring juicy chicken, melted mozzarella, and a satisfying crunch, perfect for quick meals or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Lettuce, tomato, or any preferred veggies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, until fully cooked at an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Allow the chicken to cool and then slice thinly.
  5. Lay the tortillas flat and add the sliced chicken and mozzarella cheese in the center.
  6. Optionally add veggies to the wrap.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides.
  8. Cook the wraps in the air fryer for an additional 5-7 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

You can prepare chicken ahead of time and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. For spiciness, use pepper jack cheese or add jalapeños.
