- 1 cup creamy dressing (such as Thousand Island)
- 1 cup cooked corned beef, sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the creamy dressing evenly over the crust.
- Layer the sliced corned beef over the dressing.
- Add the drained sauerkraut on top of the corned beef.
- Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut.
