- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1 lb steak, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak strips and cook until browned; remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the heavy cream and paprika; bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked steak back to the skillet; season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta shells in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Can substitute steak with chicken or shrimp for variation.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
