Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak strips and cook until browned; remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and paprika; bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked steak back to the skillet; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta shells in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
