Creamy Mushroom & Spinach Stuffed Pastry Bites are a delicious and savory appetizer, perfect for parties or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until soft.
  3. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of the mushroom and spinach mixture in the center of each square.
  7. Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and seal the edges.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
