- 1 pack Lotus Biscoff cookies
- 1/4 cup milk
- Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Prep the cream cheese mixture: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and condensed milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Layer your cookies: In your container, arrange Biscoff cookies in a single layer.
- Spread the cream: Add a few tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies, spreading it out evenly.
- Dip each cookie in milk, then stack them on the cream layer for the next layer.
- Repeat layers until reaching the top, finishing with the cream mixture.
- Dust and chill: Dust cocoa powder on top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
