Instructions

  1. Prep the cream cheese mixture: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and condensed milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Layer your cookies: In your container, arrange Biscoff cookies in a single layer.
  3. Spread the cream: Add a few tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Dip each cookie in milk, then stack them on the cream layer for the next layer.
  5. Repeat layers until reaching the top, finishing with the cream mixture.
