Ingredients

- 3 packages of Mrs. T’s cheddar pierogies
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Grease the crockpot lightly. Place half of the frozen pierogies at the bottom, followed by half of the sliced kielbasa. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cut the cream cheese into pieces and distribute it evenly over the top layer.
- Pour in the chicken broth gently.
- Add the remaining pierogies and kielbasa, then sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until heated through.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For added crunch, garnish with crispy fried onions or chives before serving. Prepare layers a day in advance for convenience.
