A refreshing and vibrant sorbet that combines juicy mangoes with a hint of lime and a kick of chili seasoning, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 3 cups frozen mango
- 1/2 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
- Juice and zest of 1 large lime
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1–2 tsp chili lime seasoning
Instructions
- Combine the frozen mango, coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, maple syrup, and chili lime seasoning in a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend on low, then increase to high until smooth, using a tamper if necessary.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or freezer-friendly container and smooth the top.
- Add optional toppings like coconut flakes and an extra pinch of chili lime seasoning.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until hardened.
Notes
Make-ahead option: This sorbet can be made a day in advance and stored in the freezer for up to a week. Allow to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving to soften.
