- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package (1.5 lbs) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters, arranging them evenly over the chicken filling.
- Brush the melted butter over the biscuit pieces.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling bubbles.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the filling a day in advance. This casserole works beautifully in an air fryer; adjust heat and time as necessary.
