- 2 cups Cooked and Shredded Chicken
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 pkg Crescent Roll Dough
- 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (optional)
- 1 large Egg (beaten)
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Separate the crescent roll dough into individual triangles carefully.
- Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly.
- Optional: Dip each rolled pillow into melted butter and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by melting butter in a saucepan and whisking in flour until light brown.
- Gradually whisk in the whole milk and heavy cream, stirring in parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Serve the baked chicken pillows warm, drizzled with creamy parmesan sauce.
Notes
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature for easy mixing. Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
