- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Get that skillet sizzling: In your trusty skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the hot skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Using the same skillet, toss in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and watch it wilt.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet to soak in the sauce.
- Spoon the Chicken Florentine generously over cooked pasta.
Notes
Prep chicken the day before for enhanced flavor. You can use shrimp or tofu as alternatives to chicken.
