Description

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Pasta of your choice

Instructions

  1. Get that skillet sizzling: In your trusty skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the hot skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Using the same skillet, toss in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the spinach to the skillet and watch it wilt.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet to soak in the sauce.
  8. Spoon the Chicken Florentine generously over cooked pasta.

Notes
