Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked pasta for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 4–5 minutes per side; then remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the fresh spinach and stir until wilted.
  5. Create the creamy sauce by stirring in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Combine the chicken with the sauce and simmer for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve over cooked pasta if desired and enjoy!

Notes
