Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, peanuts, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
