Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter in a separate bowl, then sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the topping is golden.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
