  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter in a separate bowl, then sprinkle over the casserole.
