Ingredients

  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. During the last few minutes of grilling, top each chicken breast with salsa verde and shredded pepper jack cheese.
  6. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
