Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the tortellini until they float, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the skillet: Add olive oil to a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and peppers: Add minced garlic and bell peppers, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened.
