A delicious garlic bread loaf stuffed with savory cheesesteak filling, perfect for a hearty snack or meal.

- 1 large loaf of Italian bread
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened.
- Add the sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread from the center.
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining butter with minced garlic and spread it on the inside of the bread.
- Layer the steak and vegetable mixture into the hollowed-out bread, then top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some Worcestershire sauce to the steak mixture.
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
