Ingredients
- Frozen Pierogi (potato or cheese-filled)
- Thick-cut Bacon
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Ranch Dressing
- Sour Cream
- Green Onions
Instructions
- Boil the Pierogis in a large pot of salted water until they float, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop into bits.
- Combine the cooked bacon, shredded cheddar, ranch dressing, and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
- Layer half of the pierogis in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the bacon and cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the filling a day in advance for enhanced flavor. Consider using air-fried pierogis for a quicker prep.
