Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Lay a single layer of flour tortillas in a baking dish.
- Spread cooked ground beef over the tortillas, then add refried beans, rice, sour cream, and cheese.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
