Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Stir until well combined.
- Add fresh blueberries and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers with lids.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if desired. Enjoy cold or warm!
Notes
- Feel free to substitute blueberries with other fruits like strawberries or bananas.
- This recipe can be made vegan by using plant-based yogurt and milk.
