- 4 burger buns
- Pickled carrots and daikon
- Cucumber slices
- Sliced jalapeños

Instructions
- Prepare the burger mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, cilantro, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the patties: Divide the mixture and shape into four even patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.
- Cook the patties: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Toast the buns: Lightly grill the buns for about a minute until golden and crispy.
- Assemble the burgers: Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, place a patty on top, add pickled vegetables, cucumber slices, jalapeños, and drizzle with sriracha, then crown with the top bun.
