- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in another bowl until fluffy.
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg, coating it fully and letting excess drip off.
- Coat the chicken with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently for adhesion.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway through cooking.
- Mix honey and mustard together for the dipping sauce.
Notes
You can customize by adding cayenne pepper for heat or swapping breadcrumbs for gluten-free options.
