Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl until fluffy.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the egg, coating it fully and letting excess drip off.
  5. Coat the chicken with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently for adhesion.
  6. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway through cooking.
  8. Mix honey and mustard together for the dipping sauce.
