Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  4. On a baking sheet, arrange the round crackers in a single layer.
  5. Top each cracker with a spoonful of the seasoned beef.
  6. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
  9. Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
