- 1 package of round crackers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
- On a baking sheet, arrange the round crackers in a single layer.
- Top each cracker with a spoonful of the seasoned beef.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
- Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
